In January 2025, MICEC hosted a community meeting with language speakers, learners, teachers, advocates and community leaders to discuss Indigenous language revitalization. The outcomes of this meeting was a list of priorities for Manitoba communities to work together and help guide our strategic planning. This is the report from the meeting.
